Astrid bent down and picked up her towel, handing it to Sierra. "Here. It's not like I really need it." she said with a shrug. "Here are your music pages." she set the next to Sierra. "What happened?"

Viren handed the rest of the books over to Astrid without question, Water manipulation was defiantly the way you'd want to go to get something dry quickly. Maybe if he had the power to manipulate water he could fly underwater? Yeah, even after causing such an epic fail, he was still not going to give up on that idea, it just sounded way to cool. He'd have to try and get Astrid to help him out with that later.
Looking down at the current piece he was holding, Viren noticed that it really was Alone Wolf, imagine that. Though he was wondering if it had always been her favorite, or if it'd became her favorite after she heard him playing it, he didn't ask, the fact that she was starting to get embarrassed was enough of an answer. Then when Sierra mentioned it making her feel closer to her parents he was instantly curious, but saw her draw back, as if the words weren't suppose to come out. She turned away before he could really see, but the quiver in her voice made him certain. 'She's going to cry..'
Viren took the towel from Astrid before Sierra could get it, "Sorry princess." He wasn't really sorry, but he said it anyway hoping that would make the action a little more acceptable. "I can't let little miss musician over here answer your question, I've gotta borrow her for a bit." With that he threw the towel over Astrid's head to give him a little extra time, grabbed Sierra around the waist, then hauled her up onto his shoulder and took off running toward the gym so he could get out of the school and back to his dorm room. Was he an instantaneous person? No, not usually, but if talking about Sierra's parents was going to make her cry, then he wasn't about to let her stay around long enough to answer Astrid. He really didn't know why, in fact he'd probably regret it later with his recent injury but it just had to be done, plain and simple.

Sierra gasped when Viren's hand closed around her waist and heaved her onto his shoulder."What are you doing!?" She was almost too shocked to react, half because of the sudden action and half because he was holding her. She gripped his hair with her dripping hands to stop her teeth from banging together, then attempted a feeble kick."Put me down! I'm not a princess!" Sierra declared, but couldn't deny the fact that her face got warmer. She glanced back at Astrid before she disappeared from you, tugging at the towel to get it off her head. Sierra's wet back and music were all back there, and being even further from it didn't make her feel much better.

Astrid tore her towel off her head and huffed as Viren and Sierra disappeared. "Fine then. Be that way." She muttered. Carefully she picked up Sierra's books and pack from the ground and grabbed her own things. Heading out the doors, Astrid shook her head. I'll give her stuff back when she comes back to the dorms. She thought.

Although Viren felt a bit of guilt for ditching Astrid like that, it wasn't enough to make him turn around. He'd have to make it up to her somehow, but it'd have to be later, right now he had a hostage situation to take care of. "What am I doing? What's it look like I'm doing, I'm carrying you, can't you tell? Ow- hey watch it, I know my hairs long but if you thought I should cut it just make a suggestion, don't pull it out." That obviously wasn't what Sierra meant, he knew that but wasn't going to tell her the real reason he'd fled the scene with her. The last 'ow' part he'd said as she latched on to his hair. It didn't really hurt, that was just his automatic response because he wasn't use to it being touched by anyone except his sister who apparently liked petting it for the same reason she stroked his wings, because they was smooth on the surface, yet soft underneath. He assumed it was just a winged thing since she'd do the same thing to birds when they'd visit the pet shop all those years ago. He really missed her...
This was no time to get all depressed though, so Viren focused on the current plan. Unfortunately he didn't really have a plan so just focused on running. He almost tripped as he flinched when Sierra kicked him in the side, it was just a feeble kick though so he didn't fumble and regained his balance. 'Geez, hope that's not how she always thanks people.' he thought. Though since she didn't really know his reason for doing this, he supposed he could let that one slide. "Don't worry I won't suddenly fly or anything with you." He wasn't sure if she were afraid of heights or anything like that, and it'd probably be bad if she freaked out in the air and caused him to drop her.... yeeah, bad idea. "Oh, and sure, I'll put you down." She didn't specify when he had to put her down though, so he kept going.
It didn't take long to reach the dorms since everything was relatively close by, but with the extra weight Viren was pretty tired. He finally obeyed Sierra's demand and set her down once they were in front of the boys' dorm, it just sort of slipped his mind that he probably should have taken her to girls' dorm. Oh well, too late now, might as well make the best of it. "So. Princess." He huffed, trying to catch his breath and also taking advantage of the fact that Sierra liked being called Princess as much as he liked being called bird-boy. "I heard somewhere you play the violin, care to show me what you know?" The sun had moved across the sky a little more since he'd first reached the pool, but it still looked like most of the day was still ahead. He didn't really have any other plans. Viren had completely forgotten about grabbing Sierra's things, and still hadn't remembered just yet.

Sierra hugged her arms tightly, still wet from falling back into the pool."You could've just asked me that instead of raiding the scene." She blinked up at him, almost forgetting about what Astrid had asked her. "And I guess you didn't notice, but we're in front of the boys dorm. Thankfully, I don't keep my violin in there." She rubbed her arms again, thinking about what she said."Hang on," Sierra whipped around, her wet hair flipping to her other shoulder as she raised her arms. Her fingers curled into her palms, slowly forming fists. Satisfaction flooded through her when the tension in her stomach eased, and her violin slowly came into view. She snatched in out of the air, smiling up a Viren. (He's quite a bit taller.) "Gravity manipulation." She readied the bow, glancing up at him once more before letting the music spill from her fingertips.
The only thing was, Sierra didn't know what she was playing. She just sorta let the music take her, and everything else seemed to fade away. The song was in a word, beautiful. There were fast and slow past, loud and soft, and a melody that just wrapped anyone's heart in the warmth of song. When she finished, she looked up at Viren again, not knowing what to say."I think I play piano better..." She bent over to but her violin and bow back in their case, her face getting redder despite how cold she was.

Viren shrugged as if what he said didn't bother him as much as it did, "Yeah, well I just couldn't let you answer that girl's question and a raid was the fastest thing I could think of." He grinned sarcastically, not wanting to stay on the conversation very long, "Wasn't really thinking when I brought you here, it was out of habit I suppose." Though he was confused as to what Sierra was doing when she said hang on and turned around, he tried not to ask questions, which was pretty difficult considering how impatient he was at times. After about five seconds he couldn't take it anymore, "What're you-" he began, only to see a violin making it's way toward them and shut up instantly. A flying violin.. Well then. "Nice" he grinned back at her in the mischievous way he has, but that was the only thing he said, as he then watched Sierra pulling out the violin and bow and began to play.
It wasn't like anything Viren had ever heard before, it included a variety of sounds and volumes, but somehow all seemed to fit together in a weird way. All too soon it was over and Sierra was putting the instrument back up in it's case. "I'd love to see how you play the piano if you can play a violin like that." He narrowed his eyes at her just then, thinking up something, but not wanting to spill it out just yet.
Instead he said, "You know I had a violin up in my room, you could have just used that, in fact." He paused dramatically, as if he were really piecing something together, but already Viren was setting a knew mission up in his head that included Sierra. Aaand maybe Astrid too if she'd forgive him, "Lets go up there, right now; I will personally guarantee you're protection. I can floor any guy who tries to make a pass atcha with my own little power." That was probably a bit of an exaggeration, there were most defiantly guys stronger than Viren, but he didn't think they'd try and get at Sierra. The rest of the punks who may, he was fairly sure he could handle.
Clearly he was hoping to cause some trouble and get away scotch free if he just had a little help. Viren's sapphire eyes practically glittered with the mischief he had in mind.

Sierra smiled up at him slightly."Yeah, my mother always said I was the future Mozart." The choking feeling of tears gripping her throat again, but she managed to swallow it down. Gosh, I really suck at this 'don't talk about them' method. Sierra grabbed the handle of her case, and stood straight again."You could've told me that earlier. Gravity manipulation wears you out." She smiled slightly, shrugged off the slight distress that entered her face moments earlier.
"Lets go up there, right now; I will personally guarantee you're protection. I can floor any guy who tries to make a pass atcha with my own little power." Sierra threw him a confused look when Viren made the suggestion. "I'm not sure if I feel comfortable walking into the boys dorms and then your room." She meant it in some sort of teasing, joking way, but behind the mask she was serious. There were plenty of bad boy experiences she could recall, which was a huge reason of why Kento got edgy whenever she was with a guy.
"Care to tell me why before we go up there?" She cocked her head to one side in an inquiring manner, trying to ignore the fact that she was also still very wet and cold. Her grip on her violin case tightening, causing her knuckles to turn lighter than the rest of her hand.
OOC: BTW, We should probably continue in the boys dorm since they aren't at the pool anymore.
